FAQ
The prices are made up of the development time for the parts, the material costs, the machine costs and the labour time for cleaning and reworking the parts before dispatch.
All prices include 19% VAT.
A high-quality resin mixture is used for all parts, which is processed using the MSLA printing process.
The colours vary depending on the material availability of the resin manufacturer. However, the properties of the parts remain the same regardless of the colour.
The products are shipped well and securely packaged. If they are not processed or at least primed immediately after receipt, it is advisable not to store the products in direct sunlight. Sunlight contains UV radiation, which can cause very fine products to warp on the long exposed side due to post-curing. The primer coating and varnish do not allow UV radiation to reach the parts. Tests have shown that parts printed and painted in 2021 have not changed despite constant exposure to UV radiation.
As there is currently only a very limited possibility of stock keeping and therefore production is made to order, a delivery time of between 5-7 working days can be assumed.
Orders are shipped well and securely packaged with DHL. The ordered parts are also packed in press-seal bags.
The products are also shipped to other EU countries against payment of the shipping costs and customs duties.

Definitely! However, new parts require new developments. In order to be able to offer high-quality parts, the developments are subjected to many test prints and stability tests, which takes a lot of time. Good things take time.
