Set of BR 218 headlights with front plate

Revised lighting set for the 218, new with front plate that allows the laser-cut glaziers and reflectors to be inserted behind the printed lamp rings. The front plate serves as a direct replacement for the originals, with a perforated grille and typhoons modelled on the original behind it. Slotted screws and square locks are shown as on the prototype.

Depending on the version, the set includes

• without post-processing and without LEDs - front panel and reflectors as well as bulbs in support structure, for upper top signals reflectors and lamp rings in support structure, laser-cut discs made of 0.5 mm precision acrylic glass for all signals (4x red and 6x transparent)
• with post-processing and without LEDs - all support structures were removed, the front panel, reflectors and lamp rings were primed
• with post-processing and LEDs - as previous option, but LEDs inserted in light bulbs and 10 additional resistors (1 kOhm)
• Additional chrome paint option - all parts, except windows and light bulbs, are given a chrome paint finish in the visible areas
